Today more than ever we understand the importance of this forward-looking choice: new European and National legislative obligations and the need felt more strongly by everybody to reduce pollutions and costs give great impetus to the market and push towards more advanced technological solutions. Thermal solar and photovoltaic energy, heat pumps, hybrid systems and all the sources of renewable sources are already well-established and in great demand.
Through the process of anticipating such developments, Immergas has become convinced that Training is the essential element of its relationship with the most serious professionals. This is why it has decided to give them the opportunity to develop new skills, to take advantage of specialist advice and to be supported by experts who will help them to present the products in the most accurate way, to select the systems best suited to different situations, and to sell with guarantee the most appropriate solutions.

The innovative structure at the service of Immergas advanced training
Out of these premises was born the Immergas Domus Technica: a unique building, conceived to offer the best training on the market through a cutting-edge organization and substantial investments.
This building is the clearest sign of how much the company believes in constant renewal, in acquiring new research spaces and in communicating with those who every day works on its products.
For this reason the Domus Technica makes available:

  • dedicated facilities,
  • large spaces designed for their specific function,
  • laboratories for practical applications on integrated systems,
  • operating technological systems fon which to carry out tests.
 

BUILT TO BE CUTTING-EDGE  

From the very first architectural project, the building was conceived as an "open laboratory", a work and reception area that can alternately operate with different technologies, where it is possible to read and do research on the efficiency of various systems and host educational and demonstrative events. The construction technique guarantees Class A energy performance. The internal spaces are spread over two floors.
The ground floor is the main one and includes a large hall, four showrooms and a sub-central. The latter is dedicated to "energy storage" and stands in the middle of the hall as the propelling heart of the "Domus Technica" machine.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
On the first floor there is the restaurant area, which opens onto the terrace, where practical tests are carried out on thermal solar and photovoltaic systems and heat pumps.
The building is technically designed to combine the use of traditional and new energy resources, and also includes a development and research laboratory for the exploitation of renewable natural sources.
By making use of different technologies, the installed equipment produces hot and cold primary fluids that are totally recovered, stored, and reused for the energy requirements of the whole facility and for contributing to the heating and cooling of the office area in the building.
 

 

Classrooms, laboratories and technical courses. 
The classrooms sare the centre of the Domus Technica and are dedicated to the following technologies:
  • heat pumps and integrated systems
  • hybrid systems
  • thermal solar systems
  • solar photovoltaic systems
  • high-power thermal power stations integrated with renewable energy systems

These rooms are not just for demonstration and teaching purposes, but are also equipped with operating systems integrating different technologies on which practical tests can be carried out, and with functional systems producing energy for the Domus itself and nearby buildings.
The performance of the systems is constantly monitored and displayed through specific software. The rooms were designed from the outset to accommodate groups of 15-18 participants and thus guarantee the concentration and involvement of all participants.


The courses usually last a whole day and focus on practical tests in order to transmit in the most complete way all the information about proper installations and optimal activation of plants and systems.
