Data access and sharing
pursuant to EU Regulation 2023/2854

The Data Act (Regulation (EU) 2023/2854) introduces a European regulatory framework governing access to and use of data generated by the use of connected products and related services.

Pursuant to Article 3(2) of the Data Act, we wish to inform you in a transparent and clear manner about our connected products and related services, the data they generate, and the means available to access such data.

For products for which Immergas S.p.A. does not act as Data Holder, the relevant documentation is made available by reference to the information published by the competent party.
